The legendary French Duclair Duck is now available for the 1st time in the USA, where Stone Church Farm in partnership with Metzer Farms have begun to import the breeding stock of this fabled duck for farmers to grow-out for their restaurant chefs. Duclair Ducks eat more like red meat than poultry, with all their meat concentrated in the breast area, which has a red/purplish color to it.
